1. Return and Exchange Policy

At Spike Sports, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you may be eligible to return or exchange the item(s) based on the guidelines below. Please note that products purchased in-store are non-returnable under any circumstances.

2. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item(s) must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.
  • The return request must be initiated within 10 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item(s) must not be final sale or marked as non-returnable.
  • Customized or personalized items may not be eligible for return or exchange, unless defective or damaged.
  • In-store purchases are not eligible for return or exchange, regardless of the situation.

3. Initiating a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange for online purchases, please fill out the form on our website, and our team will reach out to assist you with the process.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item(s) received are defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

5. Processing and Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method. Refunds are for the purchase price of the item(s) and applicable taxes; original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please indicate your preference when submitting the return request. Exchanges are subject to availability.

7. Damaged or Defective Items
